Booking Request

1. Rates are per person.
2. Children under 10 years old will not be allowed to participate in the diving tour, but in the snorkeling tour, always accompanied by an adult. Children over 10 years old may dive with parental authorization.
3. All reservations will be confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, Email). Any modification or cancellation must be sent in writing to our reservations department. The reservation must indicate the name of the passenger, the number of people (children and adults), place of accommodation (in case of reserving additional transportation), date and type of tour and, in the case of certified divers, the respective diving licenses.
4. Clients will be picked up at selected points in Langosta, Tamarindo, Villareal, Huacas, Brasilito, Flamingo and Potrero. They must be ready 10 minutes before the pick up time at the reception of the agreed place.
5. All services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours during Peak Season). Our rates DO NOT include 13% I.V.A, it must be added at the end.

The cancellation will be effective the day of receipt of it, in writing, in our reservations department. If the refund is applicable and adheres to the policies, the corresponding amount will be refunded. In this case, the following cancellation policies will apply. These must be sent in writing to reservations@pacificcoastdivecenter.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be made upon receipt of written cancellation, and as follows:

• Regular Season (May 1st – Dec 1st) up to 24 hours before or “no show”, they are not refundable.
• High Season (Dec 1st – Apr 30th) up to 48 hours before or “no show”, they are not refundable.
• Peak Season (Dec 15 – Jan 5 / Thanksgiving Week / Easter) up to 72 hours before or “no show”, they are not refundable.

Note: If there is a request to reschedule the date of any service, and this change is accepted, you will no longer be able to cancel the reservation without penalty even if it is outside the respective cancellation times. Also, if the reservation is made within 24 hours before the day of the service, if they cancel after 1 hour of making the reservation, it would fall within the cancellation policies.

Private tour cancellations:

• Regular Season (May 1 – December 1) up to 72 hours before or “no show”, are not refundable.
• High Season (Dec 1 – Apr 30) up to 7 days before or “no show”, are non-refundable.
• Peak Season (Dec 15 – Jan 5 / Thanksgiving Week / Easter) up to 7 days before or “no show”, are non-refundable.

In all cases PACIFIC COAST DIVE CENTER will not authorize any refund for last minute cancellations, partial non-participation in the tour or for no show.

It is agreed that PACIFIC COAST DIVE CENTER will be relieved of its obligations and responsibilities, in the event of natural disasters, fires, strike blockade, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstance beyond its control.

PACIFIC COAST DIVE CENTER will keep any and all information concerning our guest private. The information obtained will not be disclosed to any other source. This information will be used exclusively by PACIFIC COAST DIVE CENTER, under sanction of the applicable law.
